The Shawnee Heights Prom will be held May 2, 2026, at the Townsite Tower Ballroom, 534 S Kansas Ave.
To attend Prom all attendees must:
Get put on the VIP list and/or purchase tickets
Serve any remaining detention hours
Be off the AWL list
The VIP list opens, and tickets go on sale April 15 - April 24.

$25 for juniors, outside dates, and 10th-grade dates.
Cash or credit will be accepted, and an electronic option will be available for students who are off-campus.
Seniors and exchange students are FREE!
Seniors who are off-campus or early graduates may email Ms. Coulter at coulterj@usd450.net to be put on the VIP list. If they need to purchase a ticket, they must say so in the email, and she will send them directions to order tickets.
All students who would like to attend must:
sign themselves up.
sign up any outside dates and submit an outside date form to the office by April 29, 2026.
purchase their tickets by April 24.
Dance Directives (details):
Doors open at 7 pm and Close at 8 pm
Docking Bays are in the Townsite Parking Garage on Kansas Avenue
We need to see your identification. You must be the student we are looking for.
Outside Droids, Jedi, and Sith Allowed
Must enter with the Jedi who signed them up.
The dance is for Jedi Masters (Seniors) & Jedi Knights (Juniors). However, they may bring a Padawan (Sophomores) date, but no Younglings (Freshmen) or Wookies (individuals over 20yrs).
Once you leave the cantina, you will not be allowed re-entry.
Must also be off the AWL and Tardy list to attend
Post Prom!
Shawnee Heights Post Prom, Under the Stars, will be held in the High School's South Wing from 10:30 pm until 1:30 pm.
Tickets go on sale April 13 - April 24.
Tickets are $25 per person.

No door sales
No entrance after 11:30 pm and no re-entry.
