Calling All Tecumseh South Alumni Who Have Served in the Military

At Tecumseh South, it has become a meaningful tradition to honor the military family members of our students with a special assembly on Veterans Day. This year, we are excited to extend that tribute to include our very own alumni who have served—or are currently serving—in the military.

We invite alumni to participate by submitting:

✅ 3–4 photographs (one from your time at Tecumseh South and others from your military service)

✅ A brief biography highlighting your service history

✅ These will be featured in a video presentation, with current students reading each biography as part of our assembly program.

Please help us spread the word so we can recognize and celebrate the service of our alumni heroes.

It was a great night at Garden Club! They picked potatoes and garlic and had their first citizen science night counting fireflies. They recorded their firefly data with Firefly Atlas.

Last week, Mrs. Stevenson and a few garden club members did a presentation about “Garden Club, the Mustang Moon Tree, and more” for the Shawnee County Master Gardeners. It was a great day to be a Mustang Gardener!

Garden Club picked radishes, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and gooseberries last night. We had so much fun planting sunflowers and squash!
